APPEAL PROCESS
In the event a student employee perceives this policy has not been interpreted properly, that employee is given the opportunity to appeal the decision to the Director of the Miron Student Center (or designee).
The written appeal must include all pertinent information involving the write up (Doctor’s notes, letter, witnesses). Students will have five (5) business days to submit a letter of appeal via email. Upon receipt of the Appeal, the student employee will be notified in writing within five (5) business days.
