Dress Code & Uniform Information
Miron Student Center Employee Dress Code
As an employee of the Miron Student Center, you are a representative of the University, the Division of Student Affairs and the Miron Student Center. The attire and personal appearance of the staff plays an important role in the overall perception of the Miron Student Center. Miron Student Center staff should represent that image appropriately.
The Miron Student Center uniform will consist of the following:
Miron Student Center issued staff shirt/fleece
jeans, slacks or khakis (blue or black)
Staff name tag
The uniform is to be clean and in good condition; Pants must be worn above the waist, sweatpants, shorts, ripped jeans, yoga pants, Crocs, flip flops and open toe shoes are not permitted. A staff shirt must be worn underneath the fleece jacket at all times. This uniform and staff ID must be worn whenever staff is on duty. Uniforms should not be worn in the Miron Student Center when off duty.
Hoodies and/or scarves are not permitted.
When employees' dress and/or condition of personal hygiene interfere with duties at work or violate the Miron Student Center Dress Code, managers are to take disciplinary action as per the disciplinary procedures in the Miron Student Center manual.
