Daily Check List

  1. Obtain Keys from Campus Police (and secure at all times)

  2. Clock-In no earlier than 15 minutes prior to start of shift unless prior approval

  1. Sign Radio In/Out (Radio Etiquette)

  2. Conduct Hourly Rounds (Hourly and Closing)

  3. Hand Deliveries (as necessary) Warehouse Equipment

  4. Check For Expired Flyers on Walls (Update bulletin board by the elevator daily)

  5. Shift Changes (Should be submitted 24 hours before initial shift change, and you must have permission to leave early from shift)

  1. Chain of Command (Email/Copy Direct Supervisor and GA in Responses)

  1. Codes (Treat with utmost discretion; not be be shared with other departments or patrons)

  1. Answering Emails/Group Chat

  1. Write-Ups

  1. Dress Code/ Uniforms

  1. EMS Manage Services/Clipboard (Initial name and mark set-ups as done once completed)

  1. Work Orders

  1. Incident Reports

  1. Alertness/Attentiveness

  1. Calls Outs/Lateness

  1. Overall Event Etiquette

  1. Inter-Departmental Coverage (Knowledgeable of responsibilities in the event you must cover)

  1. One Operations Manager must be available if covering another department

  1. Tablecloths (Table Etiquette)

  1. Maintenance of Closets (Chair Etiquette)

  1. Excess Chair Locations (Pre-Function Lobby Closet 25)

  1. Evaluations (Twice a semester by Management Team)

  1. Keep back table and fridge cleaned (Weekend Shift)

  1. All window shades in the rooms should all be on the same level

  1. No moving furniture

  1. Cougar Den Projectors and Tvs (Turning on and off)

  1. Media Center

  1. Microphones (must be signed out from Information Desk)
